FEMA

Knowledge Center® was chosen after a rigorous selection process to satisfy FEMA's need for an Emergency Management Information Management System (EMIMS) and was deployed in just a few weeks time under tight scrutiny.

SSI Services deployed Knowledge Center® during the fourth quarter of 2007. The initial phase of the deployment focused on the National Response Coordination Center (NRCC) in Washington, D.C. Soon after, Knowledge Center® was rolled out to the ten Regional Response Coordination Centers (RRCCs) and multiple Joint Field Offices (JFOs) throughout the country.

FEMA uses EMIMS to manage incidents and events on a daily basis.
